I have been a Personal Trainer since 2006 when I was 26 years old, helping Men and Women Lose Weight and Feel Great.
I started in a gym where most of the members were in their 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, as a result many of the people that i have helped have been in this age bracket.
This has given me a lot of experience working around many health conditions, such as:

I have a very nurturing nature, so I tend to get the best results from people that are new or nervous to exercise, as I make them feel at ease with my honest and open personality.
I specialise in helping Beginner to Intermediate levels of fitness to Lose Weight, Improve Fitness, Increase Energy and Feeling 20 Years Younger in a Simple, Safe and Effective structured way, so that this becomes a lifestyle change that will last a lifetime (Not a quick fix)… i want to help people that want sustainable results.
Since covid arrived and changed the world, I wanted to find a way to still help my clients. I invested in myself to become a better coach, and as a result I can now help clients from anywhere in the world. I have helped clients all over England, Scotland, Wales and the USA.
Most of my clients now prefer to workout at home, so provide a personalised simple structured routine to follow at home with minimal equipment or space needed.
I have been Online Personal Training/Coaching since 2020 and for some it can be a new experience, but I actually now get better results with my clients, and get truly life changing results. You can do it from anywhere, offering a convenient, flexible and affordable option. I also have structured it so that I can offer way more support and accountability to my clients than I ever could in person.
